Invokable

Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 28, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the Invokable Chrome extension ("the Extension"), published by Invokable LLC.

What the Extension Does

The Extension helps Invokable users connect to GoHighLevel (GHL) by reading session credentials from the GHL page builder. When you open a GHL page in the builder, the Extension detects the autosave network requests that GHL makes and extracts:

  • Your GHL session token (Token-Id)
  • The Page ID of the page you're editing
  • The Funnel ID associated with that page
  • The Location ID (sub-account) from the page URL

These credentials are displayed in the Extension popup so you can copy and paste them into Slack when submitting a build to Invokable.

What Data Is Collected

The Extension collects only the GHL session credentials listed above. It does not collect:

  • Personal information (name, email, etc.)
  • Browsing history or activity on other websites
  • Page content, design data, or customer data from GHL
  • Cookies or authentication tokens from any service other than GHL

How Data Is Stored

Credentials are stored temporarily in Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device only. They are automatically cleared when you navigate to a different GHL page. No data is stored on Invokable's servers by the Extension itself.

How Data Is Used

The credentials are displayed to you in the Extension popup. You choose when and whether to share them by copying and pasting them into Slack. The Extension does not automatically transmit any data to Invokable or any third party.

Network Requests

The Extension monitors network requests only to GHL domains (*.leadconnectorhq.com and *.gohighlevel.com) and only for autosave API calls. It does not monitor, intercept, or modify requests to any other domain.

Permissions

The Extension requires the following Chrome permissions:

  • webRequest / webRequestAuthProvider — to read GHL autosave request headers and extract the session token
  • storage — to temporarily store credentials in Chrome's local storage
  • tabs — to read the GHL tab URL for extracting the Location ID
  • Host permissions for GHL domains — to limit monitoring to GHL autosave endpoints only

Third Parties

The Extension does not share data with any third party. It does not include analytics, tracking, or advertising. It does not communicate with any external server.

Updates

This policy may be updated if the Extension's functionality changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
