Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Invokable service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Invokable converts design files into GoHighLevel funnel pages via API. You provide design URLs and API credentials; we process builds using your credentials on your behalf.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

API Keys and Credentials

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys for the services Invokable connects to (Figma, Anthropic, OpenAI, GoHighLevel). Invokable is not liable for charges incurred on your third-party accounts as a result of builds you initiate.

Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Builds are deducted from your balance when initiated, not upon completion. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Invokable to build pages containing illegal content, malware, phishing, or content that violates the terms of GoHighLevel or any connected service.

Limitation of Liability

Invokable is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that builds will be error-free or match your design with 100% accuracy. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You can cancel your subscription from the billing page. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
