Invokable

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Invokable service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Invokable LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. The Service

Invokable is a productivity tool that converts Figma designs and live website URLs into GoHighLevel funnel pages by generating page payloads and pushing them to your GoHighLevel account via the GHL builder API. The Service is provided through a Chrome extension, a Slack integration, and a web portal.

Invokable is a third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel, HighLevel Inc., Figma Inc., or Anthropic. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Subscription Nature — Not a Perpetual License

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription gives you access to the Service for the period you have paid for, and only for that period. This is not a perpetual license. We do not offer lifetime access. We make no guarantees about the long-term availability of the Service, and we do not warrant that the Service will be available at any specific future date.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes to active subscribers via email or in-portal notification.

4. Third-Party Platform Dependency

The Service depends on third-party platforms and APIs that we do not control, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Anthropic (Claude), Figma, OpenAI, Stripe, and Supabase. Changes to these third-party platforms — including API changes, deprecations, pricing changes, terms-of-service changes, or service interruptions — may affect the functionality of Invokable in whole or in part. We are not liable for any disruption or failure caused by changes to these third-party services. If a third-party platform makes changes that prevent Invokable from operating, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service without obligation to refund unused subscription time beyond what is reasonable in the circumstances.

5. Your Account and BYOK Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Invokable account, your extension token, and any third-party API keys you provide ("Bring Your Own Keys" or "BYOK"). You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or with your credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@invokable.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys and credentials for the third-party services that Invokable connects to, including Anthropic, Figma, and GoHighLevel. You are solely responsible for any charges, fees, or usage incurred on your third-party accounts as a result of builds or actions you initiate through Invokable. We do not mark up, proxy, or share in revenue from your third-party API usage.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

(a) build pages containing illegal content, malware, phishing material, or content that violates the terms of service of GoHighLevel or any other connected platform;
(b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service beyond what is provided to you (e.g., the Chrome extension);
(c) resell, sublicense, or repackage access to the Service without our written permission;
(d) use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service beyond the published rate limits;
(e) share your account credentials, extension token, or login with multiple users in a way that exceeds the scope of your subscription tier (single-user subscriptions are for one user; team usage requires the appropriate tier);
(f) use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

7. Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Charges renew automatically on the anniversary of your signup date until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.

All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months of unused service.

If your payment method fails and we are unable to charge you, we may suspend your account until payment is restored.

8. Build Output and No Guarantee of Accuracy

Invokable is a power tool that automates the most tedious portions of building a GoHighLevel page. It is not a done-for-you service. The Service translates your design into what GoHighLevel's page builder supports, and the output is intended as a starting point that you will review, edit, and finalize before publishing.

We do not guarantee that builds will be free of errors, that the output will perfectly match your design, or that all design elements will translate to GoHighLevel's available features. You are responsible for reviewing every build before publishing it to a live audience. We are not liable for content, layout, or functional defects in the published page.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Invokable in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invokable LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or laws.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription from the account page. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, or business reasons that require us to discontinue serving your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused subscription time except where required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email or in-portal notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
